I shot these photos of Mister Cartoon at Skid Row Tattoos in the back of The Last Laugh Store, featured in the new Inked Magazine from New York. Now he's in New York for this week tattooing his ass off.also in this issue check ot ,Amare Stoudemire,a majority of his tattoos are done by cartoon!!!!!!!
